Tietopyyntö 26091 Nuorten harrastustoiminnan passi Tämä ilmoitus on tietopyyntö, tämä ei siis ole tarjouspyyntö tai hankintailmoitus. Seinäjoen kaupunki hankkii Nuorisopalveluille nuorten harrastustoiminnan passin. Seinäjoen kaupunki hankkii omaan käyttöönsä nuorisopalveluille Harrastuspassin, jolla tuodaan esille perusopetus- ja lukioikäisille erilaisia harrastusmahdollisuuksia sekä tapahtumia yms. toimintaa Seinäjoen alueella. Käytössä on aiemmin ollut (2023-2026) Harrastuspassi- niminen sovellus, jonka käyttö on loppunut kesällä 2026 (järjestelmän kehitys loppui). Tarkoituksena virtuaalisella passilla on tukea kaupunkistrategian tavoitetta siitä, että aktiiviset yhteisömme tarjoaisivat osallisuutta ja sisältöä ihmisille. Hankittavalta järjestelmältä odotetaan ylätasolla seuraavia asioita: Järjestelmän tulee tukea toiminnoiltaan nuorten tiedonhakua harrastusmahdollisuuksista ja tapahtumista. Järjestelmä tukee toiminnan ja tapahtumien tarjoajien tarvittavan tiedon jakamista. Toimittaja kehittää ja päivittää (esim. lakimuutokset) järjestelmää aktiivisesti. Järjestelmä sisältää tarkoituksenmukaiset käyttöliittymät eri käyttäjäryhmille, rajapinnat ja integraatiot eri tietojärjestelmiin. Järjestelmän käytöstä tulee olla todennettavia kokemuksia julkisilla markkinoilla. Järjestelmä on saatavissa mobiilisti ja toiminnot ovat käytettävissä myös verkkoselaimessa tietoturvallisesti.,
