Ajanvaraus- ja videoneuvottelujärjestelmä valmisohjelmistona, Mikkelin kaupunki Hankinnan kohteena on ajanvaraus- ja videoneuvottelujärjestelmä (myöhemmin myös ”Järjestelmä”) Mikkelin kaupungin asiakaspalveluiden käyttöön. Hankittavan Järjestelmän tulee mahdollistaa Mikkelin kaupungin työllisyyspalveluiden asiakaspalvelun ajanvarauksien hallinnan ja asiakastapaamiset videoneuvotteluna yhden järjestelmän kautta. Tavoitteena on hankkia SaaS valmisratkaisuna helppokäyttöinen, tietosuoja- ja muun lainsäädännön vaatimukset täyttävä kokonaisratkaisu, joka voidaan ottaa käyttöön nopeassa aikataulussa. Hankinnassa tavoitellaan kattavaa ajanvaraus- ja videoneuvottelujärjestelmää valmisratkaisuna, joka tarjoaa valmiit toiminnot ajanvarausten hallintaan ja videoneuvotteluiden toteuttamiseen. Valmisratkaisulla tarkoitetaan valmista päätuotetta, jota voidaan konfiguroida Tilaajan käyttöön ilman, että hankinnan kohteena on kokonaan räätälöidyn järjestelmän kehittäminen. Ensivaiheessa Järjestelmä tulee Mikkelin kaupungin työllisyyspalveluiden käyttöön. Myöhemmin Mikkelin kaupungilla tulee olla mahdollisuus laajentaa Järjestelmän käyttöä muihin yksiköihin. Hankinnalla haetaan yhtä (1) kokonaisvastuullista toimittajaa toimittamaan Järjestelmä SaaS palveluna. Kokonaispalvelun tulee sisältää tarvittavat käyttöliittymät, ohjelmat, varusohjelmistot, lisenssit ja ylläpito- tukipalvelut tarjouspyynnön ja sen liitteiden mukaisesti. Sopimuskauden on arvioitu alkavan marraskuussa 2026 ja sopimus on toistaiseksi voimassa oleva.,
