Espoon seurakuntayhtymän turvallisuuspalveluiden tavoitteena on hallita henkilö- ja tilaturvallisuuteen liittyviä riskejä, parantaa henkilökunnan sekä asiakkaiden turvallisuuden tunnetta ja viihtyvyyttä sekä taata häiriötön ja turvallinen asiointi kohteissa.Turvallisuuspalveluilla käsitetään tässä hankinnassa hälytyskeskuspalvelut, hälytyskäynnit, piirivartiointi, paikallisvartiointi, vartijakutsupainikkeet, kameravalvontaan perustuva aluevartiointi ja puhelinpäivystys (henkisen huollon suuronnettomuusryhmän puhelinpäivystyspalvelu).
