Tietopyynnön tarkoitus: Tällä tietopyynnöllä on tarkoitus selvittää ensikotipalveluihin liittyviä kysymyksiä. Tietopyynnön tavoitteena on saada kattavasti palveluja koskevaa tietoa, jotta mahdollinen tarjouskilpailu voidaan toteuttaa mahdollisimman tarkoituksenmukaisesti. Tämä asiakirja ei ole hankintailmoitus tai tarjouspyyntö vaan tarkentava markkinakartoitus eli tietopyyntö. Hankintayksikkö ei sitoudu toteuttamaan hankintaa.
