Rakennesuunnittelun puitejärjestely Helsingin yliopisto kilpailuttaa Yliopistorakennusten pienten peruskorjausten ja muutostöiden rakennesuunnittelun. Hankinta koskee Helsingin yliopistokonsernin (Helsingin yliopisto, Helsingin yliopiston rahastot, Helsingin Yliopistokiinteistöt Oy, KOy Biomedicum Helsinki sekä näiden omistamat kiinteistö-, tytäryhtiöt) erikseen määritettävissä rakennushankkeissa tehtäviä rakennesuunnittelutehtäviä puitesopimuskaudella. Osallistumishakemusten perusteella tarjouskilpailuun valitaan 5-10 yritystä. Tarjouskilpailun perusteella 3-8 toimijan kanssa solmitaan puitesopimus. Myöhemmin yksilöitäviin toimeksiantoihin tilaaja tekee alle kansallisen kynnysarvon jäävät tilaukset oman harkintansa mukaisesti. Harkinnassaan tilaaja ottaa huomioon hankkeen ominaispiirteet sekä sopimuskumppaneiden erityisosaamisen ja kokemuksen. Kansallisen kynnysarvon ylittävissä tilauksissa tilaaja minikilpailuttaa hankekohtaisesti suunnittelupalvelut puitesopimuskumppaneiden joukosta. Mikäli palveluhankintoja koskeva kansallinen tai EU-kynnysarvo muuttuu sopimuskauden tai optiokausien aikana, edellä mainittuja tilausehtoja sovelletaan kulloinkin voimassa olevan kansallisen kynnysarvon mukaisesti.,
