Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueen tilintarkastuspalvelut Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia hyvinvointialueesta annetun lain (611/2021) mukaisesta hallinnon ja talouden tarkastuspalveluista Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle tilintarkastuslain (1141/2015) mukaisesta tilintarkastuksesta tilikausilta 2027-2029 ja optio tilikaudelle 2030. Hankintaan kuuluu lisäksi hyvinvointialueen tarkastuslautakunnan sihteerin ja valmistelijan tehtävien hoitaminen. Hankintaan voidaan sisällyttää myös muiden hyvinvointialueen määräämisvallassa olevien yhteisöjen hallinnon ja talouden tarkastus sekä mahdollisten EU- ja muiden hankkeiden tarkastustoiminta. Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue tuottaa sote- ja pelastuspalvelut alueen noin 68.000 asukkaalle. Arviomme mukaan hyvinvointialueesta annetun lain mukaisen tarkastustehtävän suorittamiseen tarvitaan 50 tarkastuspäivää vuodessa sisältäen sekä vastuullisen JHT-tarkastajan että mahdollisen avustavan tarkastajan työpäivät. Avustavan tarkastajan työosuus kokonaisuudesta voi olla 20 päivää. Tarkastuslautakunnan sihteerin- ja valmistelijan tehtävät ovat lisäksi arviolta 16 päivää vuodessa.
