Urakkamuotona on kiinteähintainen KVR-urakka, jossa KVR-urakoitsija vastaa koko hankkeen suunnittelusta ja toimii pääurakoitsijana ja lainsäädännön tarkoittamana päätoteuttajana. Rakennuskohde käsittää Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen Kehitysvammaisten vaativan asumispalvelun ympärivuorokautisen asumisyksikön 15 asiakaspaikalle. Hanke sisältää yhden rakennuksen, joka sisältää väestönsuojan. Hankkeen kokonaislaajuus on n. 1510 brm².,
