Tukijärjestelmien ylläpito ja jatkokehitys HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena ovat tietotekniset asiantuntijapalvelut hätäkeskustoimintaan liittyvien tukijärjestelmien ylläpidon ja kehitystyön järjestämiseksi. Hätäkeskuslaitoksessa käytetään julkisen hallinnon turvallisuusviranomaisten korkean varautumisen ja turvallisuuden vaatimusten mukaista turvallisuusverkkoa (TUVE), jonka perustana on laki julkisen hallinnon turvallisuusverkkotoiminnasta (10/2015). Hankinnan kohteen mukaisella asiantuntijatyöllä ylläpidetään Hätäkeskuslaitoksen tukijärjestelmiä, jotka on sijoitettu Valtorin TL III ja TL IV -käyttöympäristöihin. Lisäksi hankinnan kohteena on asiantuntijatyö tukijärjestelmien kehitystyöhön. Osallistumispyynnön liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus" on kuvattu hankinnan kohteena olevia palveluita yleisellä tasolla. SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimuskauden pituus on neljä (4) vuotta. Tavoitteena on, että hankintasopimus saadaan voimaan tammikuussa 2027. HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Hankinnan kokonaislaajuus sopimuskaudelle on arviolta noin 1280 htp, josta ylläpitotyön osuus on 480 htp ja kehittämisen asiantuntijatyön osuus arviolta 800 htp. Kyseessä on sitoumukseton arvio. Hankinnan laajuutta on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnön liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".,
