Kartiokeilatomografialaite (KKTT) panoraama- ja lateraalikallokuvauksilla Länsi-Pohjan sairaalan kuvantamisyksikköön Lapin hyvinvointialue hankkii Länsi-Pohjan sairaalan kuvantamisyksikköön kartiokeilatomografialaitteen (KKTT) panoraama- ja lateraalikallokuvauksilla. Laitteen tulee muodostaa toimiva laitekokonaisuus ja soveltua keskussairaalassa tehtäviin pään alueen KKTT tutkimuksiin, kuten aikuisten ja lasten hampaiden, yksittäisten hampaiden, leukanivelten, kasvoluiden ja sinusten kuvantamiseen sekä ilmateiden volyymin määritykseen sekä panoraama ja lateraalikallokuvauksiin. Kallon kuvausalueen tulee ylettyä leuan kärjestä frontaalisinusten yläosiin yhdellä pyörähdyksellä. Laitteen on sovelluttava myös huonokuntoisten ja pelkopotilaiden kuvantamiseen. Arvostamme laitteen korkeaa kuvanlaadun ja annostason suhdetta, potilaan ja työntekijöiden ergonomiaa sekä laitteen käytettävyyttä ja kestävyyttä. Odotamme monipuolista käyttöönottokoulutusta ja toimivaa huolto-organisaatiota. Laitteella tuotettu potilastieto (kuvat) integroidaan Lapin hyvinvointialueen ESKO potilastietojärjestelmään (Neagen), joten laitteen tulee täyttää hyvinvointialueen tietoturva- ja suojavaatimukset.
