Tietopyyntö Asianhallinnan ja sähköisen asioinnin ratkaisu Vantaan ja Keravan hyvinvointialue (jäljempänä ”VAKE”) järjestää sosiaali- ja terveyspalvelut noin 300 000 asukkaalle sekä vastaa pelastustoimen palveluista myös Keski-Uudenmaan hyvinvointialueelle. Hyvinvointialueella työskentelee noin 5 700 ammattilaista useilla toimialoilla. Pyydämme nyt tietoja asianhallinnan ja sähköisen asioinnin ratkaisusta osana hankinnan valmistelua ja markkinakartoitusta. Tietopyynnön tavoitteena on muodostaa kokonaiskuva markkinoilla saatavilla olevista ratkaisuista, jotka soveltuvat hyvinvointialueen asianhallinnan, päätöksenteon, asiakirjahallinnan, kokoushallinnan sekä sähköisten asiointi-, hakemus-, ilmoitus- ja tiedonkeruulomakkeiden toteuttamiseen.
