Ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien puhdistus ja ilmamäärien mittaus- ja säätötyöt HANKINNAN KOHDE Hankinnan kohteena ovat ilmanvaihtojärjestelmien nuohous-, puhdistus-, mittaus- ja säätötyöt A-Kruunu Oy:n kiinteistöissä tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä määritellyn mukaisesti. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". SOPIMUSKAUSI Sopimus tulee voimaan sen allekirjoituksesta ja päättyy 31.12.2034. Katso myös tarjouspyynnön liitteenä A olevan sopimuksen kohta 5. Tavoitteena on, että sopimus tulee voimaan 10.11.2026. HANKINNAN LAAJUUS Tarjouspyynnön julkaisuhetkellä hankinnan kohteeseen sisältyy arviolta noin 67 kohdetta ja yhteensä noin 3 978 asuntoa. Kohteet ja niiden sijainnit on esitetty tarjouspyynnön liitteenä 5 olevassa kohdeluettelossa. Ilmanvaihtokanavien puhdistus suoritetaan lähtökohtaisesti kussakin kohteessa yhden kerran sopimuskauden aikana, mutta tarpeen mukaan osa kohteista voi tulla puhdistettavaksi useamman kuin yhden kerran. Kohteiden määrä voi vähäisissä määrin muuttua/lisääntyä sopimuskauden aikana. Edellä mainittujen vähäisten muutosten ei arvioida vaikuttavan merkittävästi palvelujen tuottamisen alueelliseen sijaintiin.
