Kirjanpito-, sisäinen laskenta ja ostoreskontraratkaisu ja siihen liittyvät palvelut Tämän hankinnan kohteena on kirjanpito ja sisäinen laskenta - sekä ostoreskontra -ratkaisut, niihin liittyvä käyttöönottoprojekti ja jatkuva tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelu. Ratkaisukokonaisuus otetaan käyttöön Hekassa ja Hekan tyttärellä Kiinteistö Oy Laivalahdentorilla. Tavoitteena on niin sanottu valmisohjelmisto-ratkaisu, joka kattaa Hekan tarpeet. Heka hankkii ratkaisun Saas-palveluna, missä toimittaja vastaa Hekan tarpeet täyttävän järjestelmäpalvelun tuottamisesta kokonaispalveluna sisältäen tarvittavat ohjelmistolisenssit ja käyttöoikeudet, palvelinympäristö ja kapasiteetti ja suorituskyky sekä järjestelmän ajantasaisuuteen ja turvallisuuteen liittyvät tuki, ylläpito ja palveluhallinta. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteillä. Sopimus on voimassa ensin määräaikaisena kaksi (2) vuotta ja määräaikaisen sopimuskauden jälkeen sopimus jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassa olevana.,
