Markkinakartoitus: sako- ja umpikaivolietekaivojen tyhjennys (kuljetus) Uuraisten alueen sako- ja umpikaivolietekaivojen tyhjennykset ovat tulossa loppusyksystä/ -vuodesta kilpailutukseen julkisena hankintana. Uuriasten alueella on reilu 500 sakokaivoa ja noin 200 umpikaivoa. Vuosittain kaivoja on ollut muutaman viime vuoden aikana tyhjennettävänä reilu 700 kpl/ vuosi. Tyhjennykset on tarkoitus reitittää sakokaivojen osalta säännölliseen rytmiin jätehuoltomääräysten mukaisesti. Umpikaivot tyhjennetään tarvittaessa. Uuraisten alueella siis siirrytään keskitettyyn kilpailutettuun kunnalliseen malliin. Sammakkokangas kunnallisena yhtiönä tilaa varsinaisen hankinnan voittaneelta yritykseltä tyhjennykset. Sammakkokangas hoitaa asiakaspalvelun sekä laskutuksen. Urakoitsija saa säännöllisesti urakkakorvauksen toteuman mukaisesti.,
