Laadun ja valvonnan tietojärjestelmä Hankinnan kohteena on Helsingin kaupungin sosiaali-, terveys- ja pelastustoimialan käyttöön tuleva laadun ja valvonnan tietojärjestelmä, joka hankintaan valitun toimittajan tarjoamana kokonaispalveluna. Hankinnan tavoitteena on luoda yhtenäinen, käyttäjälähtöinen ja palvelutuotannon laatua sekä valvontaa tukeva tietojärjestelmä, joka palvelee työntekijöitä, esihenkilöitä ja johtoa, sekä toimintaa palvelevat tuki- ja ylläpitopalvelu. Tarpeen ja tavoitteen taustalla on tarve kehittää yhtenäinen järjestelmä, joka kokoaa hajallaan olevan valvontatiedon yhteen ja tukee sen systemaattista hyödyntämistä johtamisessa ja päätöksenteossa. Muuttunut lainsäädäntö, erityisesti laki sosiaali- ja terveydenhuollon valvonnasta (741/2023), edellyttää valvontatiedon laadun, yhtenäisyyden ja raportoinnin parantamista. Hankinnan kohteena oleva järjestelmäkokonaisuus sisältää seuraavat arkkitehtuuriset, toiminnalliset ja tuetettavat moduulit: -Laadun ja valvonnan kokonaisuus (Valvontatyökalu) -Ilmoittamisen osiot, mukaan lukien epäkohdat, haitta- ja vaaratapahtumat sekä vakavien vaaratapahtumien kokonaisuus -Sosiaali- ja potilasasiavastaavien toimintaan liittyvä kokonaisuus -Lääkehoitolupien hallinta.
