Tietopyyntö/markkinakartoitus: non-invasiivinen jatkuva ydinlämpötilan seuranta Kyseessä on tietopyyntö markkinakartoitusta varten (ei ennakkoilmoitus, hankintailmoitus eikä tarjouspyyntö). Tietopyyntöön ei anneta tarjouksia, vaan osallistumalla ilmoitetaan halukkuudesta osallistua hankinnan suunnitteluun. Tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa markkinoilla saatavissa olevia ratkaisuja, tuotteita ja toimittajia. Tietopyyntöön osallistuminen ei sido kumpaakaan osapuolta. Tietopyyntöön vastanneille ei makseta korvausta tietopyyntöön vastaamisesta, eikä vastaamisesta aiheutuvista kustannuksista. Tietopyyntöön vastaaminen ei ole edellytys myöhempään kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle, eikä vaikuta tarjoajan asemaan siinä.
