Tarjouspyyntö: Savunpoistojärjestelmän saneeraus Hämeenlinnan kaupunki pyytää tarjouksianne koskien Savunpoistojärjestelmän saneerausta. Kyseessä on kokonaisurakka, ja kohde on olemassa oleva rakennus, jonka pääkäyttötarkoitus on varasto ja tuotantotila. Rakennus on yksikerroksinen. Kyseessä on savunpoiston perusparannus, joka on tarpeellinen koska nykyisiin kaasujousitoimisiin savunpoistoluukkuihin ei ole enää saatavana laukaisun mahdollistavia nalleja. Kyseessä on hankintalain 1397/2016 rakennusurakan kansallisen kynnysarvon alittava rakennusurakkahankinta. Hankinnasta järjestetään avoimena menettelynä tarjouskilpailu, ja urakka-asiakirjat ovat sähköisesti avoimeisti kaikille saatavilla. Tarjoajan tulee tutustua urakkakohteeseen etukäteen.
