Henkilöetuudet mobiilipalveluna Hankinnan kohteena on Metropolia Ammattikorkeakoulu Oy:n (jäljempänä Metropolia) työntekijöiden käyttöön hankittava henkilöstöetujen maksuväline (mobiilisovellus), jolla Metropolia voi tarjota työntekijöilleen henkilöstöetuna liikunta-, kulttuuri-, työmatka- ja hierontaetuja sekä hammashoito- ja terveyspalveluetuja. Sähköisellä maksuvälineellä tarkoitetaan sähköistä järjestelmää, jolla työntekijä maksaa henkilöstöedun ilman sidonnaisuutta kortteihin tms. fyysisiin maksuvälineisiin. Sähköinen maksuväline tulee toteuttaa mobiilisovelluksena. Hallinnointipalvelulla tarkoitetaan järjestelmää, jolla Metropolia tilaa maksuvälineitä, hallinnoi ja seuraa niiden käyttöä.,
