Kypärätie 31-33:n pesuhuoneiden ja WC-tilojen uusiminen. Jyväskylän Vuokra-asuntojen vuokra-asuntokohteen, Kypärätie 31-33:n huoneistokohtaiset pesuhuoneet- ja WC-tilat uusitaan. Huoneistoja on 48 kappaletta. Tarkempi kuvaus liitteenä olevassa korjaustyöselostuksessa ja muissa liiteasiakirjoissa. Hankkeen alustava aikataulu on, että työt tulee aloittaa lokakuussa 2026. Hankkeen tulee olla valmis elokuun loppuun 2027. Tähän aikatauluun urakoitsijan on sitouduttava. Hanke on rakennusluvan alainen. Tilaaja hakee tarvittaessa hankkeelle rakennusluvan. Työt voidaan aloittaa, kun saatu rakennuslupa on lainvoimainen.,
