Liiteasiakirjoissa kuvataan Ruskon uuden kirjaston kirjastokalustehankinnan toiminnalliset lähtökohdat, käyttäjät, suunnitteluperiaatteet sekä tilakohtaiset tarpeet. Hankintaan kuuluvat kirjaston aineistojen säilyttämiseen, esillepanoon, käsittelyyn ja asiakaspalveluun tarkoitetut kalusteet, kuten kirjahyllyt, lasten aineistokalusteet, lehtien esittely- ja säilytyskalusteet, aineiston esittelykalusteet, kirjavaunut ja palvelupöytä.
