Kelan merkkipäivälahjakortit Kela (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia Kelan merkkipäivälahjakorttien hankinnasta Kelan toimihenkilöille. Kilpailutuksessa valitaan yksi toimittaja, joka vastaa sähköisten ja paperisten merkkipäivälahjakorttien toimittamisesta sekä ylläpitää sähköistä lahjakorttiportaalia. Portaalin kautta lahjakortin saajat voivat valita itselleen sopivan lahjakortin toimittajan tarjoamasta lahjakorttivalikoimasta. Sopimuskausi on kolme (3) vuotta. Tilaajalla on oikeus jatkaa sopimusta yhdellä (1) vuodella ajalle 1.2.2030 - 31.1.2031. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan sisällöstä on tarjouspyynnön liitteellä 1 "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".,
