Hip Fix -kolmipistetuen kertakäyttöiset pehmustesetit Hankinnan kohteena olevat tarvikkeet ovat laitesidonnaisia Varsinais-Suomen hyvinvointialueen omistamiin Hip Fix -kolmipistetukiin. Laitevalmistajan mukaan laitetta tulee käyttää vain laitteelle tarkoitettujen kertakäyttöisten pehmustesettien kanssa. Tarvikkeiden ainoa mahdollinen toimittaja on Ossano Scandinavia Oy, jolla on yksinoikeus ko. tarvikkeiden edustukseen Suomessa. Suorahankinnan perusteena on hankintalain 40 §:n 2 momentin 2 kohta teknisestä tai yksinoikeuden suojaamiseen liittyvästä syystä vain tietty toimittaja voi toteuttaa hankinnan; lisäedellytyksenä on, että järkeviä vaihtoehtoisia tai korvaavia ratkaisuja ei ole eikä kilpailun puuttuminen johdu hankinnan ehtojen keinotekoisesta kaventamisesta. Sopimuskausi on 1.10.2026 – 30.9.2028 + toistaiseksi jatkuva sopimuskausi.
