Siivouspalvelut 2027-2030 (2031-2032 + 2033-2034): Lähdepellon urheilukeskus, Kourujärven päiväkoti ja Papinpellon vuoropäiväkoti Rauman kaupunki pyytää tarjouksia siivouspalveluista vuosille 2027-2030 alla mainittuihin kohteisiin. Hankintaan sisältyy ylläpito- ja perussiivousta sekä keittiön avustavia työtehtäviä (Papinpellon vuoropäiväkoti) tarjouspyynnön ja liiteasiakirjojen mukaisesti. Kohteet: * Lähdepellon urheilukeskus: - päärakennus: Kodisjoentie 91, Rauma - vss-tilat (Kourujärven painisali): Monnankatu 32, Rauma * Kourujärven päiväkoti: Taninpolku 2, Rauma * Papinpellon vuoropäiväkoti: Itsenäisyydenkatu 5 c, Rauma Tarjouksen jättämisen edellytyksenä on tilaajan järjestämälle kohdenäytölle osallistuminen ke 16.9.2026 klo 9:00. Kohdenäyttö aloitetaan Papinpellon vuoropäiväkodilta (Itsenäisyydenkatu 5 c). Osallistuminen edellyttää ilmoittautumista viimeistään ma 14.9.2026 klo 16:00 mennessä sähköpostitse osoitteeseen [email protected]. Sopimusta voidaan tilaajan päätöksellä jatkaa alkuperäisin ehdoin enintään kahdelle (2) kahden (2) vuoden optiokaudelle. Rauman kaupunki ilmoittaa hankintalain mukaisesti optiokauden käytöstä viimeistään kolmen vuoden kuluessa alkuperäisen hankintasopimuksen tekemisestä. Sopimuskauden aikana Rauman kaupungin omistuksessa olevissa kohteissa ja toiminnassa saattaa tapahtua muutoksia, jotka vaikuttavat tämän tarjouspyynnön kohteena olevan hankinnan/toiminnan järjestämiseen, laajentamiseen tai supistamiseen. Tällöin laadittavaa sopimusta tarkistetaan tarvittavin osin, eikä tarjouksen antajalla ole oikeutta vaatia vahingonkorvauksia ko. muutoksista johtuen. Tarjouksen antaessaan tarjoaja sitoutuu tähän ehtoon. Muutoksista pyritään tiedottamaan hyvissä ajoin.,
