Sopimuksen kohteena on piha- ja liikennealueiden kunnossapitopalvelu Tampereen Seudun Keskuspuhdistamo Oy:lle. Kunnossapidon kohteita ovat Sulkavuoren jätevedenpuhdistamon alueilla puhdistamon piha-alueet, Sulkavuorenkuja, Exit reitit sekä Exit-alueet, Raholan ja Viinikanlahden pumppaamojen piha-alueet ja kulkureitit.
