Elsakodin vesijohdot Kokonaisurakkaan sisältyvät työmaan johtovelvollisuuksien lisäksi rakennustekniset työt (Rakennusurakka), LVISA-työt suunnitelmien mukaisesti ja näihin liittyvät aputyöt. Urakan optiotyönä tarjotaan ns vanhanpuolen saunaosaston korjaustöitä suunnitelmien mukaisesti, sisältäen saunan, pesuhuoneen, pukuhuoneiden, wc tilojen korjaukset suunnitelmissa ja liitteissä esitetyssä laajuudessa. Optiotyöt tulee valmistua urakoitsijan tarjouksen mukaisesti. Optiotöiden tilauksesta päätetään kokonaisurakan tilauksen yhteydessä ja optiotyöt voi aloittaa kun urakkasopimus on allekirjoitettu.,
