Puhdastila-, suojakaappi- ja vetokaappimittausten palvelut Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialueelle Etelä-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjousta puhdastilamittausten suorittamisesta sekä suoja- ja vetokaappien huolto- ja korjauspalveluista. Palvelukuvauksessa on tarkemmin eritelty palvelun sisältö. Mittaukset tulee suorittaa kalibroiduilla mittareilla ja kalibrointitodistukset on toimitettava mittauspöytäkirjojen yhteydessä. Palvelun tulee täyttää PIC/S:n ja EU-GMP direktiivien ja Suomessa voimassa olevien lakien ja asetusten vaatimukset. Mittauksissa noudatetaan standardia EN12469 ja EN 14644. Mittaajan tulee noudattaa sairaala-apteekin ja fysiologian ja isotooppitutkimusyksikön puhdastiloissa pukeutumis- ja peseytymisohjeita ja toimia siten, että puhdastilan olosuhteet säilyvät vaatimusten mukaisina. Mittausvälineet on puhdistettava ennen puhdastilaan vientiä. Muissa vastuuyksiköissä tulee noudattaa yksiköiden ohjeita ja vaatimuksia. Sopimuskausi on määräaikainen kaksi (2) vuotta, jonka jälkeen jatkuu toistaiseksi voimassaolevana yhteensä enintään viiden vuoden ajan.,
