TIETOPYYNTÖ Pelastuslaitoksen palopuvut Pohjois-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Pohde ja Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Soite valmistelevat pelastuslaitosten käyttöön tarkoitettujen palopukujen hankintaa ja julkaisevat tämän tietopyynnön markkinakartoituksen toteuttamiseksi. Tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on kartoittaa markkinoilla saatavilla olevia ratkaisuja, tuotteiden ominaisuuksia, teknisiä toteutusvaihtoehtoja sekä toimittajien näkemyksiä tulevan hankinnan toteuttamisesta. Lisäksi tavoitteena on saada tietoa muun muassa palopukujen rakenteista, materiaaleista, huollettavuudesta, kokovalikoimasta, toimitusmalleista sekä mahdollista innovatiivisista ratkaisuista, jotka tukevat pelastustoimen operatiivisia tarpeita. Suunnitteilla oleva hankinta koskee pelastuslaitosten operatiivisessa toiminnassa käytettäviä palopukuja sekä niihin mahdollisesti liittyviä palveluita. Hankinnan tarkka sisältö, laajuus, vaatimukset ja toteutustapa määritellään myöhemmin hankintamenettelyn valmistelun yhteydessä tietopyynnön perusteella saadun markkinainformaation pohjalta. Tämä tietopyyntö ei ole hankintailmoitus, tarjouspyyntö eikä ennakkoilmoitus, eikä siihen vastaaminen sido vastaajaa tai hankintayksiköitä myöhempään tarjouskilpailuun osallistumiseen. Tietopyyntöön vastaamisesta ei makseta korvausta. Hankintayksiköt varaavat oikeuden hyödyntää saatuja tietoja tulevan hankinnan suunnittelussa ja valmistelussa. Tietopyyntö toteutetaan yhteistyössä Pohteen ja Soiten pelastuslaitosten kanssa. Tavoitteena on varmistaa, että mahdollinen tuleva kilpailutus vastaa käyttäjien tarpeita, markkinatilannetta sekä hankintayksiköiden tavoitteita mahdollisimman tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla.,
