Kohde sijaitsee osoitteessa Jäämerentie 1, 99600 Sodankylä. Hankinta on kuvattu ja tulee toteuttaa liitteiden mukaisesti. Tällä hankinnalla kilpailutetaan uudelleen Hankintayksikön 14.8.2026 keskeyttämä kilpailutus pää-/rakennusurakan osalta. Aiemmin kilpailutetuista, pääurakalle alistettavista sivu-urakoista on olemassa lainvoimaiset hankintapäätökset.
