Sisäilman olosuhdeseurantajärjestelmä ja olosuhdeseurantapalvelu TÄMÄ EI OLE HANKINTAILMOITUS TAI TARJOUSPYYNTÖ VAAN KUTSU MARKKINAKARTOITUSTA JA TEKNISTÄ VUOROPUHELUA VARTEN: Tuleva markkinakartoitus koskee Koulutuskuntayhtymä OSAOn sisäilman olosuhdeseurantajärjestelmän ja olosuhdeseurantapalvelun puitesopimuksen kilpailutusta. Hankinnan tavoitteena on toteuttaa OSAOn oppilaitoskiinteistöihin reaaliaikainen sisäilman olosuhteiden seurantajärjestelmä sekä siihen liittyvä asiantuntijapalvelu. Sopimus sisältää olosuhdetiedon pilvipalvelun (SaaS), asiantuntija-analyysin ja mahdollisuuden hankkia IoT‑pohjaiset sisäilmaolosuhteiden mittalaitteita. Sisäilmaolosuhteiden seurantajärjestelmä otetaan ensi vaiheessa käyttöön Kontinkankaan toimipisteessä, mutta seurantajärjestelmän käyttöä voidaan myöhemmin laajentaa muihin toimipisteisiin. Tämä on tietopyyntö/ilmoitus markkinavuoropuhelusta, jonka avulla kartoitetaan markkinoita ja valmistellaan tulevaa kilpailutusta. Tietopyynnön tarkoituksena on kerätä tietoa ja näkemystä, jotta mahdollinen tuleva tarjouskilpailu voitaisiin toteuttaa tarkoituksenmukaisella tavalla. Hankintayksikkö varaa oikeuden käydä useampia keskusteluja ja teknistä vuoropuhelua osallistuneiden kesken huomioiden tarjoajien tasapuolisen kohtelun. Hankintayksikkö voi myös laittaa tarjouspyyntömateriaalia kommentoitavaksi markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuneille ennen tarjouspyynnön julkaisua. Markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuminen ei ole edellytys myöhemmin toteutettavaan kilpailutukseen osallistumiselle, eikä sido siihen osallistuvia tahoja. Markkinavuoropuheluun osallistuneille tahoille ei makseta korvausta. Markkinavuoropuhelu järjestetään perjantaina 25.9.2026 alkaen klo 12.00 Teams -sovelluksella. Ilmoittautumiset Tarjouspalvelun kautta 22.9.2026 klo 16.00 mennessä. Linkki markkinavuoropuheluun lähetetään sähköpostitse viimeistään ennen tilaisuuden alkamista.,
