Työvuorosuunnittelu- ja työajan seurantajärjestelmä valmisohjelmistona, Kainuun hyvinvointialue Hankinnan kohteena on SaaS-valmisohjelmistona hankittava työvuorosuunnittelu- ja työajan seurantajärjestelmä (myöhemmin myös ”Järjestelmä”) Kainuun Hyvinvointialueen käyttöön. Kainuun HVA kilpailuttaa SaaS-valmisohjelmistoa, joka on helposti käyttöönotettavissa ja täyttää Tilaajan tarpeet ilman ohjelmistokehitystyötä. SaaS-valmisohjelmiston hankkimalla Tilaaja varmistuu sillä, että Järjestelmä saadaan luotettavasti tuotantokäyttöön ja se tukee valmiilla toiminnallisuuksillaan Tilaajan prosesseja ja toimintamalleja. Järjestelmä konfiguroidaan Järjestelmän olemissa olevilla toiminnallisuuksilla Tilaajan tarpeisiin käyttöönottoprojektissa. Järjestelmän tulee tukea Tilaajaa koskevien eri työ- ja virkaehtosopimusten (myöh. VES/TES) (HYVTES, SOTE-sopimus, LS) mukaisia työaikamuotoja, sekä työn eri järjestämistapoja, eli kiinteää ja liukuvaa työaikaa. Hankinnan kohde sisältää tarjouspyynnössä kuvatut toiminnallisuudet ja niiden edellyttämät järjestelmämoduulit sekä mahdolliset sopimuskaudella Järjestelmään tulevat uudet työvuorosuunnittelun ja työajanseurannan ominaisuudet ja toiminnot. Ensivaiheessa Järjestelmää ei oteta käyttöön pelastustoimessa eikä ensihoidossa, mutta Tilaajan tavoitteena on, että ne tulevat Järjestelmän käyttäjiksi myöhemmin sopimuskaudella. Sopimuskauden on arvioitu alkavan marraskuussa 2026 ja olevan toistaiseksi voimassa oleva.,
