Hankintaan sisältyvät ratkaisun jatkuvat ylläpito- ja tukipalvelut sekä sen käytön laajentamiseen tarvittavat palvelut, käyttöoikeudet ja mahdolliset muut hankinta-asiakirjoissa määritellyt kokonaisuudet. Tavoitteena on varmistaa mobiilikulunsallintaratkaisun toimintavarmuus, jatkuvuus ja hallittu laajentaminen kaupungin tarpeiden mukaisesti.
