Sipoon kunnan siivous- ja ruokapalveluiden hankinta 2027-2031 Sipoon kunta pyytää tarjouksia eri puolilla Sipoota sijaitsevien koulu- ja päiväkotikohteiden siivous- ja ruokapalveluiden tuottamisesta. Siivous- ja ruokapalvelut suoritetaan arkipäivisin maanantaista perjantaihin. Tarkempi kuvaus hankinnan kohteesta on kuvattu tarjouspyynnön liitteissä. Sopimus on voimassa 28.6.2027 - 29.6.2031 välisen ajan ja tilaajalla on mahdollisuus jatkaa sopimuskautta perussopimuskauden jälkeen yhdellä kahden (2) vuoden mittaisella optiokaudella ajalla 30.6.2031-3.7.2033. Tilaaja päättää ja ilmoittaa optiokauden käyttämisestä viimeistään kuusi (6) kuukautta ennen perussopimuskauden päättymistä. Tilaaja tulee valitsemaan hankittavan palvelun tuottamiseen yhden (1) toimittajan siivous- ja ruokapalveluiden tuottamiseen. Palvelujen tarve ja/tai sisältö voi muuttua organisaation ja tehtävien muuttumisen mukaisesti. Jos palvelujen tarve ja/tai volyymi muuttuvat sopimuskauden aikana merkittävästi tilaaja arvioi, milloin sen toiminnassa ja/tai siivous- ja ruokapalveluiden tarpeessa on tapahtunut niin olennaisia tai merkittäviä muutoksia, että palvelut täytyy hankintalain 136 §:n mukaan kilpailuttaa uudestaan.,
