Keski-Pohjanmaan hyvinvointialue Soite hankkii ostopalveluna Osa-alueen 1. radiologian erikoislääkärin suorittamia perusterveydenhuollon ultraäänitutkimuksia sekä Osa-alueen 2. radiologisia lausuntoja (tt- ja natiivitutkimuksia koskevat lausunnot). Lausuntojen osalta palvelua hankitaan siltä osin kuin tilaaja ei pysty tuottamaan palveluita itse (ns. ylivuoto-osto). Hankinnan suunniteltu sopimuskausi on 1.11.2026 - 31.10.2028, mahdolliset optiot ajalle 1.11.2028 - 31.10.2029 + 1.11.2029 - 31.10.2030. Ultraäänitutkimukset tehdään lähipalveluna Soiten keskussairaalan röntgenin tiloissa, keskussairaalan laitteilla ja Soiten henkilökunnan avustamana virka-ajan puitteissa. Palveluntuottajan tulee kyetä tekemään tutkimuksia vähintään 3-4 päivänä kuukaudessa. Tilaaja ja palveluntuottajat sopivat tarkemmista päivistä sopimusaikana n. 2 kk etukäteen. Natiivi- ja tt-tutkimuksien lausunnot tuotetaan etänä Soiten VMware Horizon -palveluportaalin kautta. Lausunnot tuotetaan Tiedon Lifecare Imaging workflow -toiminnanohjausjärjestelmän avulla, johon kirjaudutaan ammattikortin avulla. Etäsanelua varten palveluntuottajalla on oltava omalla kustannuksellaan järjestettynä asianmukaisesti suojatut yhteydet tilaajan tietojärjestelmiin ja STUK:n laatukriteerit täyttävät kuvien katselu- ja saneluolosuhteet. Potilastietojen käsittelyn on oltava turvattua siten, että vain hoitoon osallistuvat saavat tiedot käyttöönsä., Ultraäänitutkimusten tuottaminen ja lausuntopalvelu Ultraäänitutkimukset ja lausuntopalvelu.
