Kohde sijaitsee Hyvinkään kaupungin Metsäkaltevan kaupunginosassa 28, korttelissa 2719 tontilla 1. Rakennushanke käsittää kaksi kaksikerroksista asuinkerrostaloa (rakennukset B ja C), kaksi rivitaloa (rakennukset A ja D) ja huoltorakennuksen (rakennus E). Pihalle rakennetaan 29+2(LE) autopaikkaa. Tontille rakennetaan myös uusi jätteiden syväkeräys-järjestelmä (Molok). 2. kerroksiset talot ovat betonielementtirakenteiset, alapohja, välipohja ja yläpohja tehdään ontelolaatoista 1. kerroksiset talot ovat puuelementtirakenteiset, alapohja tehdään ontelolaatoista Paloluokka P3 Rivitalot ja piharakennus sekä P2 kerrostalot. Sisäilmasto suunnitellaan luokan S2 mukaan, pintamateriaalit päästöluokkaa M1.
