Oulun ensi- ja turvakoti ry:n taloushallinnon palvelut Oulun ensi- ja turvakoti ry on 80-vuotias järjestö, jonka toiminnan ydintä on haavoittuvassa asemassa olevien lasten ja perheiden auttaminen. Toiminnassa rinnakkain kulkevat vahva ammatillinen osaaminen ja vapaaehtois- ja järjestötoiminta. Tilaaja kilpailuttaa tällä hankintamenettelyllä itselleen kokonaisvaltaiset taloushallinnon ja palkanlaskennan palvelut.
