Sprinkleri- ja kaasusammutuslaitteistojen huolto sekä pienet lisä- ja muutostyöt Tuomi Logistiikka Oy pyytää Pirkanmaan hyvinvointialueen (Pirha) toimeksiannosta tarjouksia sprinkleri- ja kaasusammutuslaitteistojen testaus- ja määräaikaishuolloista sekä sprinklerilaitteistojen vähäisistä lisä- ja muutostöistä Pirhan Kiinteistöhallinta ja toimitilapalvelut -toimialueen ylläpitovastuulla oleviin kohteisiin. Pirhan Kiinteistöhallinta ja toimitilapalvelut -toimialueen ylläpitovastuulla olevat kohteet voivat muuttua sopimuskauden aikana siten, että kohteita poistuu ylläpitovastuun piiristä tai uusia kohteita tulee sen piiriin. Puitejärjestelyyn sisältyy mahdollisuus teettää tässä tarjouspyynnössä tarkoitettuja töitä myös sellaisissa kohteissa, jotka siirtyvät myöhemmin toimialueen ylläpitovastuulle, puitejärjestelyn ehtojen mukaisesti. Tays Keskussairaalan sprinkleri- ja kaasusammutuslaitteistoihin on mahdollista tutustua ennen tarjouksen jättämistä 10.–11.9.2026 välisenä aikana.
