Espoon kaupunki (myöhemmin myös Tilaaja) pyytää tarjouksia Tilausajojen hankintaan. Tilausajoilla tarkoitetaan yhdensuuntaisia, edestakaisia sekä ennalta sovittuja säännöllisempiä paikalliskuljetuksia, jotka voivat kohdistua minne tahansa Manner-Suomeen. Sopimus ei sisällä henkilöautoilla ajettavia kuljetuksia, vaan ainoastaan M2- ja M3-luokkien busseilla suoritettavia tilausajoja. Hankinta on jaettu kolmeen (3) osa-alueeseen. Osa-alue 1: Koulujen ja päiväkotien retkikuljetukset Osa-alue 2: Uimahalli- ja väistökoulukuljetukset Osa-alue 3: Tapahtumakuljetukset ja muut kuljetukset Tarjoaja voi antaa tarjouksen ja tulla valituksi yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle. Hankinta toteutetaan hankintalain mukaisena puitejärjestelynä. Osa-alueella 1 Tilaaja valitsee kilpailutuksen perusteella puitejärjestelyyn kymmenen (10) toimittajaa. Osa-alueella 2 ja osa-alueella 3 Tilaaja valitsee kilpailutuksen perusteella puitejärjestelyyn viisi (5) toimittajaa kummallekin osa-alueelle.
