Pohjois-Karjalan hankintatoimi pyytää antamaan tarjouksen konsultti- ja asiantuntijapalveluista Puhas Oy:lle sopimuskaudelle 1.1.2027 – 31.12.2029 + kahden (2) vuoden optio. Puhas Oy:n tarvitsemat konsultti- ja asiantuntijapalvelut ovat seuraavat: 1) Energiatalous, jätteen keräys ja jätehuollon logistiikka 2) Infra- ja talorakentaminen (ARK ja LVIAS, RAK GEO) – hankesuunnittelu ja -valmistelu, valvonta ja rakennuttaminen 3) Ympäristöselvitykset Em. konsultti- ja asiantuntijapalveluja käytetään sopimuskaudella Puhas Oy:n käynnissä olevien ja uusien projektien tarpeisiin. Tarjouksen voi tehdä yhdestä (1) tai useammasta osa-alueesta. Tarjous on sitova ja se tulee laatia suomen kielellä. Hankintaprosessi on kokonaisuudessaan suomenkielinen. Palvelun tulee täyttää Euroopan unionin suoraan velvoittavien säädösten, Suomen lakien ja asetusten sekä viranomaisten antamat määräykset., 1.
