Holter-palveluiden hankinta Kainuun hyvinvointialue pyytää tarjouksia Holter -palveluista Kainuun keskussairaalaan sisätaudeille ja lastentaudeille sekä Suomussalmen, Kuhmon, Puolangan ja Sotkamon terveysasemille erikoissairaanhoidon toimintana. Arvioitu sopimuskausi on 1.3.2027- 28.2.2029. Sopimuskausi alkaa, kun molemmat sopijapuolet ovat allekirjoittaneet sopimuksen ja kestää kaksi (2) vuotta. Lisäksi tilaaja varaa option 1 + 1 vuodelle. Palveluun sisältyvät laitteisto, automaattinen tiedonsiirto, analysointi ja kardiologian lausunto. Holter-rekisteröintilaitteista vastaa palveluntuottaja. Laitteen luovuttaa asiakkaalle hoitaja joko Kainuun keskussairaalan sisätautien poliklinikalta tai Suomussalmen, Kuhmon, Puolangan ja Sotkamon terveyskeskuksista. Asiakas palauttaa laitteen hoitohenkilökunnalle, joka purkaa rekisteröinnin ja esitiedot palveluntuottajan sähköiseen järjestelmään/palveluun. Lausunto tulee olla sähköisessä muodossa ja potilaan oirepäiväkirja tulee olla suoraan analyysipalveluun liitettävä. Rekisteröinnin tulee tapahtua ilman henkilötietoja. Tallenteiden purkaminen ei vaadi käyttäjältä erillistä ohjelmistoa tallenteiden käsittelyyn vaan raakatallenteet lähetetään palveluntuottajalle rekisteröintijärjestelmän sivuston kautta. Hoitava lääkäri saa selkeän lausunnon jatkosuosituksineen pdf-tiedostona ja lausunto tulee olla liitettävissä potilaan tietoihin järjestelmään: Commitwebb; kuva-arkisto Sectra IDS7:ään.
