HUS Kiinteistöt Oy kilpailuttaa Myllypuron terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksen hankkeeseen kiinteät sairaalalaitteet tarjouspyynnön ja sen asiakirjojen mukaisesti. Helsingin kaupunki rakennuttaa Myllypuron terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksen laajennuksen. Laajennusosa liittyy nykyisen terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksen länsipäätyyn ja uudisosa toteutetaan Myllypuron pohjoisen sisäänkäynnin päälle. Metron lippuhalli puretaan ja rakennetaan uudelleen, laituritaso jää ennalleen. Myllypuron terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksessa oleva nykyinen välinehuoltotoiminta siirretään laajennusosaan valmistuviin uusiin tiloihin. Laajennusosan pinta-ala on n. 8 700 kem2. Rakennuspaikan osoite on Jauhokuja 4, 00920 Helsinki. Hankintaohjelma kohdistuu Myllypuron terveys- ja hyvinvointikeskuksen välinehuollon rakennuttajan erillishankintoihin (REH): Kiinteät sairaalalaitteet (KSL), Hankintaosio KSL 1.
