Kutsu markkinavuoropuheluun: Vähähiilisen rakentamisen hankintakriteerit TÄMÄ EI OLE HANKINTAILMOITUS EIKÄ TARJOUSPYYNTÖ, VAAN TIETOPYYNTÖ JA KUTSU MARKKINAVUOROPUHELUUN. Motiva kehittää yhteistyössä tilaajien ja rakennusalan toimijoiden kanssa vähähiilistä rakentamista tukevia hankintakriteereitä, jotka julkaistaan Kriteeripankki.fi-palvelussa. Osana valmistelua järjestetään markkinavuoropuhelu 2.10.2026 klo 9–11 Teamsissa. Tilaisuudessa esitellään alustavia kriteeriluonnoksia ja kerätään näkemyksiä niiden käyttökelpoisuudesta, kunnianhimon tasosta ja toteuttamiskelpoisuudesta. Kriteereitä kehitetään muun muassa seuraaviin teemoihin: •rakennuksen hiilijalanjäljen raja-arvo •rakennuksen ilmastovaikutusten laskenta •pitkäaikaiset hiilivarastot ja muut hiilikädenjälkiratkaisut. Kriteeriluonnokset toimitetaan ilmoittautuneille noin viikkoa ennen tilaisuutta. Tilaisuuden jälkeen niistä voi antaa kirjallista palautetta kahden viikon ajan. Tilaisuus on suunnattu ensisijaisesti rakennusalan yrityksille ja järjestöille, julkisille tilaajille sekä muille vähähiilisen rakentamisen ja hankintojen asiantuntijoille. Myös muut aiheesta kiinnostuneet ovat tervetulleita.
