VANTAAN KAUPUNGIN SILTOJEN HOITOURAKKA 2027 - 2029 Vantaan kaupungin Kaupunkiympäristön toimiala vastaa mm. kestävän kaupunkikehityksen edistämisestä, julkisen kaupunkitilan suunnittelusta, rakentamisesta sekä kunnossapidosta, liikennesuunnittelusta, pysäköinninvalvonnasta sekä maanhankinnasta ja -luovutuksesta. Toimialalla olevaan Kadut ja puisto -palvelualueeseen kuuluu viisi palveluyksikköä: Suunnittelu, Rakentaminen, Kunnossapito, Luvat ja valvonta sekä Varikko. Vantaan kaupungissa on noin 228 000 asukasta ja kaupungin strategisena tavoitteena on olla hiilineutraali kaupunki vuoteen 2030 mennessä. Kunnossapidon palveluyksiköllä on hoidettavanaan yhteensä noin 1600 kilometriä katuja ja kevytliikenneväyliä sekä noin 860 hehtaaria rakennet-tuja puistoja. Tähän määrään sisältyy tarjouspyynnön lähettämishetkellä 309 kpl olemassa olevia katu- ja puistoalueilla sijaitsevaa siltoja ja tunneleita, joille tehdään säännöllisesti huolto-, korjaus- ja tarkastustoimenpiteitä. Näiden töiden toteuttamiseen kaupunki tarvitsee luotettavan ja asiantuntevan sekä yhteistyökykyisen hoitourakoitsijan. Lisäksi suunnitteilla on 13 uutta siltaa, joista osa saattaa valmistua sopimuskauden aikana.,
