Radanpidon turvallisuusohjeet TURO konsultti- ja fasilitointipalvelut Hankinnan kohteena on radanpidon turvallisuusohjeiden (TURO) konsultti- ja fasilitointipalvelut. Radanpidon turvallisuusohjeet TURO on yksi keskeisistä rautateiden turvallisuutta varmistavista ja toimintatapoja kuvaavia ohjeita. Väylävirasto kehittää TUROa jatkuvan parantamisen menettelyin. Ohjeen kehittämiseen on koottu ohjetoimikunta, johon kuuluu keskeisten rata-verkon palveluntuottajien ja sidosryhmien edustajat. Ohjeen kehittämisestä vastaa Väylävirasto. Ohjetoimikuntatyön fasilitoinnissa ja ohjeen kehittämisen tukemisessa nähdään tarpeelliseksi käyttää ulkopuolista konsulttia. Hankinnan kohteena on TURO-ohjetoimikunnan fasilitointi sekä sen perusteella tapahtuva TURO-ohjeen kirjoitus- ja päivitystyö. Palveluntuottajaksi valitaan yksi toimittaja.
