Terveysneuvontapiste huumeiden käyttäjille Päijät-Hämeen hyvinvointialue hankkii huumeiden käyttäjien terveysneuvontapisteen tuottamista toistaiseksi voimassa olevalle sopimuskaudelle. Arvioitu sopimuskauden alku 1.1.2027. Terveysneuvontapisteen tarkoituksena on tuottaa palveluita suonensisäisesti huumeita käyttäville. Toiminnan tavoitteena on luoda kontakteja huumeita käyttäviin henkilöihin, ehkäistä ja vähentää huumeidenkäyttöön liittyviä terveyshaittoja, tukea huumeidenkäyttäjien vastuunottoa omasta elämästään ja terveydestään sekä tukea asiakkaiden hoitomotivaation syntyä ja madaltaa hoitoon hakeutumisen kynnystä. Neuvontapiste toimii matalan kynnyksen periaatteella, jolloin asiakkaat voivat asioida neuvontapisteessä yleisinä aukioloaikoina nimimerkillä, aikaa varaamatta, kotikunnasta riippumatta ja myös päihtyneenä.
