Tarjouspyyntö, Rakennetun ympäristön puiden hoidon puitejärjestely 2026-2030 Hankinnan kohteena on Rakennetun ympäristön puiden hoitotyön puitejärjestely 2026-2030 Lahden kaupungin alueella. Hoitotyöt sisältävät esimerkiksi seuraavia tehtäviä: - nuorten ja varttuvien puiden rakenneleikkaukset - täyskasvuisten puiden ylläpitoleikkaukset - vanhojen puiden ylläpitoleikkaukset - erikoisleikkaukset kuten muotoon leikkaukset ja latvuksen pienentäminen - kuntoarvioinnit - puiden poisto - puiden latvustuennat - kantojen jyrsintä - puiden hoito- ja kaatopalveluihin liittyvät kuljetuspalvelut Lisäksi pyydämme tarjousta työssä kertyneen materiaalin poiskuljettamisesta risukouralla varustetulla kuorma-autolla sekä konsultointipalvelua esimerkiksi puiden hoitotarpeen arviointiin. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin liitteessä "yleiset sopimusehdot, Rakennetun ympäristön puidenhoito". Työt tehdään tuntiveloitusperusteisena laskutustyönä, ellei toisin mainita. Tilattavat työt ovat pienehköjä lyhytaikaisia töitä, joiden määrä ei ole ennalta tiedossa. Jokaiseen tilaukseen pyritään sisällyttämään vähintään kahden työpäivän työmäärä (16 h). Työt tilataan tarkemmin yksilöitynä erikseen. Hankintaa ei ole jaettu osiin, sillä hankinnan töiden katsotaan muodostavan kokonaisuuden, jonka jakaminen osiin hankintayksikön toimesta olisi teknisistä ja taloudellisista syistä epätarkoituksenmukaista (Laki julkisista hankinnoista ja käyttöoikeussopimuksista 1397/2016, §75). Tarjous tehdään suomen kielellä. Tilaajan ja tarjoajan välinen virallinen viestintä tapahtuu suomeksi. Tarjouksen laadinnasta tilaaja ei maksa tarjouspalkkiota. Tämän puitejärjestelyn ennakoitu yhteenlaskettu arvonlisäveroton kokonaisarvo on enintään 630 000 euroa.,
