Sote-alan henkilöstövuokraus 2026 (00745) YHTEISHANKINNAN KOHDE Yhteishankinnan kohteena ovat sosiaali- ja terveysalan henkilöstövuokrauspalvelut. Yhteishankinnan perusteella asiakkaan on mahdollista hankkia sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattihenkilöiden tekemää vuokratyötä tuottaakseen palveluita loppukäyttäjille. Sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattihenkilöitä ovat esimerkiksi yleislääkärit, erikoislääkärit, sairaanhoitajat, terveydenhoitajat, hammaslääkärit, erikoishammaslääkärit, suuhygienistit, fysioterapeutit sekä lähihoitajat. Edellä mainittujen ammattihenkilöiden lisäksi asiakas voi hankkia myös muiden sosiaali- ja terveysalan ammattihenkilöiden tekemää vuokratyötä. Vuokratyötä tehdään asiakkaan työnjohdon ja valvonnan alaisuudessa. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin osallistumispyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteissä "Yhteishankinnan kohde" ja "Hankinnan ehdot". Hansel Oy:n asiakkaat toteuttavat hankinnat yhteishankintaan hyväksyttyjen ehdokkaiden kesken yhteishankinnan sisäisillä kilpailutuksilla, jotka voivat ajoittua yhteishankinnan koko hankintavaiheen ajalle.
