Hankinnan kohde on jaettu kahteen osa-alueeseen: Osa-alue 1: Drupal-verkkopalvelut Osa-alue 2: WordPress-verkkopalvelut Kummallekin osa-alueelle muodostetaan oma puitejärjestelynsä, joihin molempiin valitaan enintään kolme (3) toimittajaa. Tarjoaja voi jättää tarjouksensa yhdelle tai useammalle osa-alueelle sekä tulla valituksi toimittajaksi yhdellä tai useammalla osa-alueella. Hankinnan kohde on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnössä ja sen liitteissä, erityisesti liitteessä 1 "Hankinnan kuvaus ja pakolliset vaatimukset" ja liitteessä 2 "Palvelukuvaus ja palvelutasoehdot".
