Lisäksi tontilla sijaitsevan valomaston purkaminen perustuksineen, mahdollisine sähkötöineen, sekä poiskuljetus, jätemaksut ja purkualueen täyttö kaivuutasoon kuuluvat SR-urakkaan. SR-urakkaan lukeutuu: - tontti 10667/3, Heka Kalasatama Nihdinranta 8 Hankkeen erityispiirteitä: - rakennukset liitetään jätteiden imuputkikeräysjärjestelmään Suunnittelu voidaan aloittaa esisopimuksen allekirjoituksen jälkeen. Rakennustyön arvioitu alkamisajankohta on 05/2027 ja työt tulee aloittaa viimeistään 06/2027.
