Tulostus-, kuoritus- ja jakelupalvelun hankinta Tämän hankinnan kohteena on paperisten kirjelähetysten tulostaminen, kuorittaminen ja jakelupalvelu kokonaistoimituksena. Arvio vuoden 2026 paperisten kirjelähetysten vuosivolyymistä on noin 13 miljoonaa kirjettä. Tämän jälkeen kirjelähetysten määrän arvioidaan laskevan edelleen noin 30 % vuosittain. Hankittavaan palveluun sisältyy myös lomakesuunnittelupalvelu ja siihen liittyvä aineistonhallintajärjestelmän käyttöoikeus Verohallinnon nimeämille käyttäjille sekä painatuspalvelua. Hankittavaan palveluun sisältyy lisäksi kotimaan kirjelähetyskohtainen seurantapalvelu. Verohallinnon tavoitteena on käyttää seurantapalvelua mahdollisimman laajasti. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus". Kilpailutuksen tavoitteena on valita yksi (1) toimittaja, joka pystyy toimittamaan Verohallinnon tarpeita vastaavat, suurivolyymiset tulostus-, kuoritus- ja jakelupalvelut kokonaistoimituksena laadukkaasti ja hinnaltaan edullisesti, sekä yksi (1) varatoimittaja, jonka kanssa voidaan tehdä sopimus, mikäli valittu toimittaja ei pysty tuottamaan palvelua. Sopimuksen on tavoitteena tulla voimaan 1.12.2026 toistaiseksi voimassaolevana. Hankinta on kuvattu tarkemmin tarjouspyynnön liitteellä "Hankinnan kohteen kuvaus".,
