Espoon Asunnot Oy / Tuholaistorjuntapalvelut Hankinnan kohteena on tuholaistorjuntapalvelujen tuottaminen Espoon Asunnot Oy:n omistamissa kiinteistöissä. Palvelu sisältää mm.: • tuholaishavainnot ja kartoitukset • ennaltaehkäisevät toimenpiteet • torjuntatoimenpiteet (mm. jyrsijät, hyönteiset, muut haittaeläimet) • seuranta, raportointi ja dokumentointi • neuvonta kiinteistöille ja asukkaille Palvelu tuotetaan tilausten perusteella tilaajan kiinteistöissä. Valinta Hankintaa ei jaeta maantieteellisiin tai palvelusisältöä koskeviin osiin. Hankintayksikkö perustaa sen sijaan usean toimittajan puitejärjestelyn, johon valitaan useita palveluntuottajia.
