Oulun Tilapalvelut - Paineilmalaitteiden huolto- ja korjauspalvelut Oulun Tilapalvelut -liikelaitos hakee tällä tarjouspyynnöllä palveluntuottajaa toteuttamaan hallinnoimiensa kiinteistöjen paineilmalaitteiden (ilmakompressorit) huolto- ja korjauspalveluita. Tarkemmat tiedot hankinnan kuvauksesta, vaatimuksista ja tarjoushintojen antamisesta, vertailusta ja valinnasta löytyvät tarjouspyynnön liitteessä 0. Puitejärjestelyn kesto on 01.12.2026 - 30.11.2028. Sopimusta on mahdollista jatkaa kahdella optiokaudella (1.12.2028 - 30.11.2029 ja 1.12.2029 - 30.11.2030). Mikäli Tilaaja ei erikseen ilmoita halustaan luopua sopimuksesta viimeistään kolme (3) kuukautta ennen varsinaisen sopimuskauden tai ensimmäisen optiokauden päättymistä, sopimus jatkuu automaattisesti seuraavalle optiokaudelle. Tarjottaviin hintoihin tulee sisällyttää kaikki palvelun tuottamisesta tulevat kulut, jotka sisältävät mahdolliset kilometri, matka-, majoitus-, päiväraha-, ylityö- sekä toimitus-, laskutus- ja toimistokulut, työkalut, jätemaksut ja pientarvikelisät mukaan lukien. Kuitenkin niin, että korjaustyön tuntilaskutus tilattuun kohteeseen alkaa Oulun alueen rajalta tai toimipisteeltä Oulun alueen sisällä (matka-aika). Laskutusyksikkö 30 min. Sopimusta voivat hyödyntää myös muut Oulun kaupungin hallintokunnat / liikelaitokset, joilla on sama Y-tunnus, kuten Oulun vesi, Oulun Kaupunkiympäristöpalvelu ja Sivistys- ja kulttuuripalvelut.
